Maui County Farm Bureau is a grassroots 501(c)(5) organization of farms and ranch families, agricultural industries, and associated organizations dedicated to supporting agriculture in Maui County. We are affiliated with both the statewide Hawaiʻi Farm Bureau and the American Farm Bureau Federation.
Maui AgFest & 4-H Livestock Fair is Mauiʻs signature agricultural festival. Formerly presented as the annual “Maui County Agricultural Festival”, AgFest merged with Maui 4-H Livestock Association in 2019 and moved to War Memorial Complex in Wailuku to expand the event to represent Maui’s farming and ranching industries. The event continues its tradition of being Maui’s signature event to raise awareness about Maui agriculture while invigorating Maui agriculture. The entire industry, its allies, and supporters come together to share what each group does for the collective good of agriculture in the County, and to showcase agriculture’s vital role in the economy, environment, and lifestyle of Maui. Hosted by Maui County Farm Bureau (MCFB) and Maui 4-H Livestock Association in partnership with the County of Maui and the Office of Economic Development, generous sponsors and industry allies, here is the opportunity to learn about agricultural issues and their impact on our day-to-day lives. Event hours are 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Farmer’s Market
It’s good to know who grows our food. The market also shows the importance to ag of value-added products such as taro chips, jams and jellies, lotions and more. They stretch the season, absorb surplus, and provide extra farming revenue. Also check out the Maui Gold Pineapple and Maui Coffee Association tent. Both demonstrate the process of growing an agricultural product and producing a value-added product.
So Much to Do
AgFest is a fun, family-friendly, food-enthusiasts affair presented annually in summer to bridge the gap and form lasting relationships between Maui agriculture and Maui residents through educational displays, interaction with Maui’s farmers and ranchers, cooking demonstrations, and hands-on, interactive displays.
