The Maui County Farm Bureau will hold its Maui AgFest and 4-H Livestock Fair this summer after two years of having to forego the popular event due to COVID-19, the organization announced.
Scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 4 at the War Memorial Special Events Field, the event aims to give participants a chance to learn more about agriculture, meet farmers and ranchers and enjoy Maui’s agriculture history and culture, according to a news release.
It will include all the signature events, including the Maui Legacy Farmers Pancake Breakfast, Grand Taste, Keiki Zone, Maui 4-H Livestock Show and Auction, Grown on Maui Farmers’ Market, Ag Education and food booths/food trucks.
Admission to the event is free; parking is $5 per car.
Vendors and sponsors interested in joining the AgFest can fill out an online application at mauiagfest.org. For the Grown on Maui Farmers’ Market, only products grown on Maui will be allowed.
